IN-STUDIO – PRIVATES
Private classes are one-on-one with client and trainer. These allow clients to benefit from the undivided attention of their trainer who is able to focus on each client’s specific needs, pace and goals. These can be scheduled for both Gyrotonic (equipment) and Gyrokinesis (non-equipment) classes.

IN-STUDIO – DUETS & GROUPS
Duet classes of two people, and group classes of three or more, allow students to pay a shared fee for classes thus making them more budget-friendly while also fostering community.  With both the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Methods, clients will often start with a package of private sessions and then move into group classes once they have a good understanding of their own unique needs, modifications, and when on the equipment, settings.

Gyrotonic classes are limited to the equipment available at a studio. Gyrokinesis classes require no equipment and are one of the most economical in-studio options.

You can find in-studio Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis classes offered in your area, with our Studio Finder.

VIRTUAL
Virtual classes are primarily Gyrokinesis classes since most clients do not have Gyrotonic equipment in their homes. These are often the most economical of class options and can accommodate a variety of abilities. You can find both private and group virtual classes from trainers around the world. A wide variety of classes are offered 7 days a week with an array of class times offered from early morning to late evening.

Privates are great for new and experienced Gyrokinesis and/or Gyrotonic clients who want a class custom-fit to their needs, abilities and goals, but for whom in-studio classes are either unavailable in their area, or are not always the ideal option.

Group virtual Gyrokinesis classes are great for experienced Gyrotonic or Gyrokinesis clients who do not require one-on-one direction from the trainer. However, there are many group classes oriented toward those who are new to the Gyrokinesis Method.

For those who do have their own equipment at home, or have access to equipment, private and group virtual Gyrotonic equipment classes are available.

You can search through a full calendar of virtual Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis classes sorted by date, time and skill level with our Virtual Class Finder.

NOTE: Available class schedules, options and pricing vary between studios so the best way to get started on your spiraling journey is to contact the studio/trainer near you, or visit their website, to learn more about what they offer.
