• Do you have to be a Gyrotonic Trainer to purchase Gyrotonic equipment?

    Gyrotonic equipment is designed for professional use and is primarily purchased by certified Gyrotonic Trainers who use the equipment to teach clients in a studio setting. Experienced Gyrotonic students may also purchase Gyrotonic equipment for their own home practice. One must be a certified Gyrotonic Trainer and must have a current Gyrotonic trademark license in order to use Gyrotonic equipment professionally.

    Depending upon the products you ordered, items may arrive separately as various products are shipped from different supplier locations.

    Professional GYROTONIC® Equipment

    Gyrotonic equipment is manufactured with the utmost care, using the highest quality components. Equipment purchased from Gyrotonic Sales Corp may not be returned for refund.

    If your product is defective, call us at (570) 828-0003 or email us at info@gyrotonic.com indicating the problem and we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss further and determine how best to resolve the situation.

    We will repair or replace defective equipment per the product warranty. If we opt to repair or replace your equipment, this may require that your product be returned for inspection and analysis at our manufacturing facility prior to sending out a replacement product.

    Mats, Chairs, Wedges, Cushion Covers, Straps, Equipment Parts and DVDs

    In the event of defect, you may return items within 30 days of receipt of your order. You may return any of these items for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please email info@gyrotonic.com for return instructions.

  • Warranty Information

    EQUIPMENT LIMITED WARRANTIES

    The Company warrants that all new equipment is free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms below. This warranty becomes effective at the invoice date of the original purchase. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify the Company of any change of contact information. This will ensure that in the unlikely event of a replacement or safety notice, the company will be able to contact you immediately.

    This warranty applies to professional GYROTONIC equipment:

    • While equipment remains in the possession of original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated
    • If claims are made within the part-specific warranty period.
    • If upgrades are made as required by the Company

    This warranty shall be null and void if:

    • All safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines as specified in the appropriate equipment manuals are not followed
    • The equipment is used for any other purpose other than as intended, or is stored or used outdoors, or in environments without adequate climate/humidity controls
    • The equipment has been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or any modification not authorized by the Company
