This course is to understand fundamental of Gyrotonic level 1 exercises and deepening the experience with Gyrotonic Pully Tower.

30 hours in 6 days. Minimum of ten or more classes before registering the course(We are offering July Deal 2025).

At completion of this course the student will be ready to attend the Foundation course to become a Gyrotonic Apprentice teacher.
