Spiral Motion Studio

Spiral Motion Studio was born in 2014 from the Love and Passion that I have for the GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS®  methods. For me, these methods embodies the best approach to movement; they are gentle and tough at the same time, pleasant for your body and intense for your mind.

My team and I teach only the original methods created by Juliu Horvath with all his principles and philosophy. Each hour is a new, joyful experience, fun for all our students - and the teachers! Our classes are tailored individually to our clients depending on their needs, from basic to advanced levels.

This is a Boutique Studio, it is the only fully equipped Gyrotonic Studio in Sydney. Clients are able to experience a taste and their benefits from all the 5 pieces of equipment designed by Juliu Horvath. It is a comfortable, cosy place, with a serene and happy atmosphere. We have attempted to create a community environment inside the Studio, as for us this is more than a job. Come and visit us to learn more.
