Nathalie Booth-Briquet is the owner of The Movement Lab. She is a certified Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® instructor, she is a certified Pilates instructor. She is also a Certified Advanced Rolfer™ and a Craniosacral practitiner. Her energy, motivation and attention to detail have enabled her to guide her clients through their training and facilitate their fitness goals.
