CASA is a boutique Pilates & Gyrotonic® Studio based in Hong Kong.

We are situated in the heart of Hong Kong in the Central District. We also have a neighborhood studio located in the beautiful Happy Valley area. Our studios provide group and private equipment classes on a daily basis.

In our studio, we hope to help and improve people's quality of life through teaching body alignment exercises, and creating a sense of body space awareness to move efficiently. We hope people will come and leave the studio each time feeling lighter, more free, and to move with strength.
