Thank you for your interest in this Gyrotonic Level 2 Program 1 course. To enrol in this 4 day course you need to have successfully completed the Level 2 Program 1 Pre Training course within one year of the 1st day of this course. If it is longer than one year you may be able to get an extension, email extensions@gyrotonic.com to request.
This is a physically challenging course, please be prepared by regularly practicing the material from Level 2 Program 1 pre training, and Gyrotonic Level 1, including the homework series.
