GYROTONIC® Bonanova was opened in March 2022 with the uncertainty of whether it was emerging from the pandemic and still wearing the mandatory mask.

Paula Orozco's desire to open a GYROTONIC® center arises from the desire to publicize a method that she discovers accidentally and that completely changes her life.

Her sole objective is to improve the quality of people life whatever their physical condition and age.

GYROTONIC® Bonanova studio offers training in the GYROTONIC & GYROKINESIS methodologies both private and group classes.
