The Studio Buena Vista

The Studio Buena Vista is a unique movement studio, situated in a tranquil setting overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden and wooded area, where carefully curated spaces have been designed for reflection and contemplation either before or after a personalized session. In addition to the studio there is an adjoining fully equipped gym for a range of modalities that complement and support the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®.
