In 2007 Peggy was diagnosed with breast cancer and was introduced to the GYROTONIC® Method, which proved invaluable in preparing for surgery and treatment, as well as recovery and rehab. The sparked a life long passion for the system and she loves sharing her experiences and the potential of this work with others. She is a licensed GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® instructor.
