This shorter version of the Breathing Program complements the Extended Version Breathing Program, which is contained in another video in this series. This Short Version is great great option when there isn’t time to practice the longer program, such as before work in the morning, during a mid-day break or in the evening. The Standing Wave Series can stand alone or combine with any of the 4 other programs contained in this 3 video series.
