This video contains an exercise program that forms part of the Spinal Motions Series, called Move and Breathe, Extended Version. The exercises, performed both in sitting and standing positions, are designed to stimulate the lower, middle and upper spine, in addition to the arms and legs. Juliu uses guided imagery to enhance movement quality. For instance, the image of a tree is used to help the mover find the qualities of rooting and grounding, and visualizing ocean waves helps one to find the qualities of rhythm and flow.
