Join me in lovely Windsor, California at Sunflower Studio (https://www.juliegalvan.com/) for GYROTONER Program 1. See below to reserve your spot. Hours are to be determined. Course will be three hours in the AM and two hours in the PM with a minimum 2 hour break. This course serves as an update for both GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS.
