Join us on your journey to becoming a certified teacher. Upon successful completion of this course, you are issued a Certificate of Apprenticeship and can begin providing instruction to clients. (Retaking a Foundation Course may be applied as your Apprentice Review Course)

Dates: November 4 - 16, 2024 with November 15th as a day off

Fee: $2,100, plus studio $600 fee.

Total Hours: 60

Registration: Submit a non-refundable deposit of $400 to mailing address of: Pilates And Motion, 18915 Windsor Crest Dr, Houston, TX 77094

Prerequisite: Successful completion of Gyrotonic Pre-training course.

NOTE: No more than 12 weeks can expire between the completion of your Pre-Training Course and the Foundation Course.
