Description:

To provide a more in depth understanding of the exercises in the Gyrokinesis Level I Format 1 & Format 2 classes while providing students with the specific skills & techniques to teach the exercise sequences to others.  During this course, Gyrokinesis Master Trainer, Sher Borrell, will introduce the principles & techniques underlying the Gyrokinesis Level 1 exercise syllabus.

Prerequisite:

The foundation course must be taken within 1 week to 3 months of successful completion of GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Pre-training course.
