About

Teri Pomerantz received both her GYROTONIC® training and GYROKINESIS® training in New York. She discovered the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® 15+-years ago and has continued her exploration ever since. Teri has a 20-year background in contemporary dance, west coast swing, Argentine tango, and yoga. In addition to being a GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® trainer, she has extensive experience in corporate training and coaching. She is committed to challenging herself and educating her clients in their movement capabilities, emphasizing empowerment through self-awareness and exercise to promote well-being, range of motion, and overall strength. Teri currently teaches in Phoenix, AZ within an integrative medical practice and at Desert Mountain in Scottsdale. She feels truly privileged to be involved in this work and teaches in both English or French.
