About
Matt Lueders began teaching movement in 2006: Pilates classes for students and faculty at his college. He added Gyrotonic training in 2009 and Rebirthing Breathwork in 2012. He began studying with Hilary Cartwright in 2013 and completed his apprenticeship in her Yoga Narada format in 2017.
From 2009-2021 Matt co-owned reFORM Pilates and Movement in Portland, Oregon, where he worked with hundreds of clients, many of whom were inspired to become teachers themselves. He has a BA in the History of Art and Architecture from Brown University, and credits his movement practice with unlocking his own creativity.
Matt teaches a weekly virtual Gyrokinesis class 8:00-9:15am Pacific time. He also regularly schedules longer format Gyrokinesis classes for advanced clients. He is available for private, duet and Gyrotonic Pre-Training sessions.
