Maureen Holdreith-Digulimio
About
Maureen Holdreith has a lifetime of movement experience, she was born into a family of "movers", her mother, sister, niece and other family members are all movement, dance and gymnastics teachers. When she took her first Gyrotonic lesson in 2008(at Gyrotonic Jupiter with Pamela Shore) it was an instant fit, it ignited her passion for Gyrotonic...the journey continues. Gyrotonic is a combination of many things Maureen is passionate about, movement, connection, breathe, flexibilty, fluidity, increasing range of motion and strength training for all ages! Maureen's personal philosophy: it is never too late to begin moving. At any age, movement is available and healing. One of the most rewarding things is when a client connects with the work and can appreciate how movement will benefit them, enhancing their quality of life. Watching the light bulb go off, having a client experience something new in their mind, body and spirit, things they hadn’t known were possible. Seeing clients explore, connect and expand their awareness, feel a new sense of moving through space. Here are some highlight's of Maureen's movement experience and training.
