As the owner and trainer of Spirare Fitness in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, Blanca Cubillos Roman offers a uniquely integrated approach to wellness through the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods. Notably, Spirare Fitness holds the distinction of being the first GYROTONIC® studio in Puerto Rico.

Licensed since 2007, Blanca's expertise is built on a solid foundation, including a BFA in Dance from Ohio State University, alongside in-depth studies in Kinesiology and Functional Anatomy. Her commitment to the GYROTONIC® Method is deeply rooted in her training with its creator, Juliu Horvath, and an impressive roster of Master Trainers including Gina Paolillo, Juergen Bamberger, Leda Franklin, Bill Macagnone, Hilary Cartwright, Paul Horvath, and Uwe Herbstreit. This extensive education is further enhanced by her specialized GYROTONIC® certifications, covering areas like Hip Replacement, Pelvis, Shoulders, and Pre/Post Natal applications, as well as proficiency with the specialized equipment, The Jumping Stretch Board, The Ladder, and The Gyrotoner®. Blanca is dedicated to guiding clients towards improved movement quality, enhanced well-being, and a deeper connection with their bodies. Blanca is a Gyrotonic Pre-Trainer.
