About

During my time as a dance major at Florida State University's School of Dance, I first discovered the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®. I was instantly captivated by the potential of Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis methods to become stronger and more fluid in my movement. These practices became integral tools for injury prevention and rehabilitation, supporting me throughout my diverse dance journey.

I've had the opportunity to perform in classical, contemporary ballet, and modern repertoire with The Tallahassee Ballet, World Ballet Inc., Alonzo King’s LINES Ballet School, and Complexions Contemporary Ballet Summer Intensive. After earning an MSc in Dance Science, I was even more committed to refining my expertise in movement and teaching, especially focusing on the Gyrotonic method. My passion for enhancing dance injury prevention and performance enhancement led me to present my research at the International Association of Dance Medicine & Science (IADMS) Conference.

Currently, in my dual role as an Executive Assistant and Gyrotonic instructor, I apply my unique skillset to develop custom programs that meet the diverse needs of my clients - from professional dancers, skaters, and athletes to those in the tech industry. As a mother of two, I also specialize in working with pregnant and postpartum clients, empowering them to regain their strength, mobility, and breathing capacity.

I take a personalized approach with every client, using assessments to track progress and adapting my strategies to ensure their goals are met. Whether I am focusing on strength and conditioning or rehabilitation, my ultimate aim is to help each person uncover their greatest movement potential. I strive to instill confidence and resilience in my clients, inspiring them to go beyond their limits, be creative in their movement, and maintain strong, adaptable bodies.
