During my carreer as a ballet dancer with Birmingham Royal Ballet I discovered GYROTONIC® and felt in love with it, I loved the feeling afterwards and it made me stronger as a dancer. Once I finished my career I started studying to be a Physiotherapist and I got my GYROTONIC® trainer license.

As a Physiotherapist now, I have a deeper knowledge of how the body moves and how it can work better. On my sessions I help my clients with their injuries through the movement.
