About

Deb was raised in the small town of McCall, Idaho growing up among the pines and the pristine waters of Payette Lake and the river that flows near her home.  Deb has a strong sense of place, home and community believing in the power of movement to heal.  Ever since experiencing the Sacred Geometry course, as a guest, back in 2017, Deb discovered a level of awakening and the possiblities of expanding her healing journey.  Deb is enthusiastic about sharing this movement expansion system and helping others to find joy and ease in moving.  

Deb was a certified Jazzercise Instructor in the 80's and 90's, taught Yoga, is a comprehensively certified Balance Body Pilates Instructor, and most recently is certified to teach The Eight Extraordinary Vessels Qigong form taught through the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School.
