Sophie Daniels (The Founder)

Sophie is a South African born Massage Therapist and Gyrotonics teacher. She is a qualified Aromatherapy Practitioner and Remedial Massage Therapy Practitioner. Sophie qualified at the ACNT Australian College of Natural Therapies in 2007. She was also certified in Gyrotonics early 2008 in Sydney where she worked as a Gyrotonics instructor until 2010.

In her previous life Sophie worked as an interior designer. Sophie has an unwavering enthusiasm and love of working with different people and is always seeking to learn more about establishing balance in well-being. She is passionate about how these wonderful, different and yet complimentary methods of body work and movement can encourage and support the body’s own healing mechanisms leaving the client feeling more alive, mobile and relaxed.
