About

During my time as a dancer, I had the opportunity to perform at various theaters in Germany, including Ballet Vorpommern in Greifswald, Anhaltisches Theater in Dessau, Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz in Munich, and Thüringer Staatsballett in Gera.

In Munich, I discovered the fascinating GYROTONIC® method, which brought an immediate change to my body and perception. My passion lies in getting a deeper understanding of the human body and its close connection to the mind. I have the desire to help others feel comfortable in their own bodies and find their inner balance.

This led me on a journey in search of knowledge to combine it with my personal experiences.

In 2015, I completed my yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India.

In 2017, I obtained my certification as a GYROTONIC® trainer and opened my own studio in Gera.

Since then, I have become a GYROKINESIS® trainer, Level 2 GYROTONIC® trainer and Jumping Stretching Board trainer. This encoraged me to open a new studio in Leipzig.
