I started my training as a self-taught dancer, between dance lessons and workshops. Dancing was really part of me so I decided that dancing would be my profession! After four years of studying at Rotterdam Dance Academie¨CODARTS¨, I obtained a Bachelor in Dance. My dancing career began in January 2009 and continues to this day. I worked in a company under the direction of Itzik Galili (Groningen, NL), Krisztina de Châtel (Amsterdam, NL), Stephen Shropshire (Groningen, NL), Conny Janssen (Rotterdam, NL) and Estefania Miranda (Bern, CH). Several independent projects have also enriched my career under the direction of Ido Batash (Groningen, NL), Mélissa Ellberger (Amsterdam, NL), Arno Schuitemaker (s'Hertogenbosch, NL), Felix Landerer (Hannover, DE) and Guiseppe Spota (Gelsenkirchen, DE) among others.The opportunities I have been given to coach and train young dancers have brought a need to train myself in depth about the knowledge of movement and the body through the scientific approach this time. Indeed, I am currently studying at the University of Sport and Sciences in Bern to obtain a MAS in Dance Science.

In the meantime, I have obtained the trainer certificate in the GYROTONIC® method. For me, we were born to experience the journey of life in a body that allows us to be free and to thrive in whatever we wish. The body should never be our limit. The GYROTONIC® method feels the closest to my philosophy of life. It helped me grow as a person and I wish to share its practice and benefits with others as much as possible.

Thanks to my solid training and my vast experience in dance, I feel confident about what I can offer through my work. I have reached maturity in the execution of movements, interpersonal communication skills, a good sense of detail and a great commitment to my clients.
