Hello, my name is Daryl and I am now living and working in beautiful West Palm Beach, Florida. I have been a Gyrotonic and Gyrokenisis Instructor since 2014 and absolutely love this method of movement for the body. I am passionate about what I do here at my studio space and with my clients. I absolutely love working with clients to help them with any issues they may have as well as just get in a great flow of exercise. My sessions are very personalized to each clients needs.
