A beautiful 4,000 square foot studio with lots of parking and easy access from the Columbus Airport.  We offer both GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS methods.  Ballet Barre work, cardio resistance classes, GYROKINESIS Classes, and Balance and Flexibility classes.
