Infusion Pilates and Physiotherapy

We are a fully equipped exercise studio with three GYROTONIC® TOWERS. We do private and semi-private sessions with the focus on functional goals and achieving these through a mix of GYROTONIC, GYROKINESIS®, Pilates, and Physiotherapy to create optimal health.

We welcome young and old, novices to elite the injured and fit and able-bodied.
