Gyrotonic has changed the way I move, feel, breathe and think. I teach so I can keep helping people" feel better in hier bodies, to heal from pain and to help finding the joy of movement. I have danced all my life. My mission is to spread the word, that more people know about Gyrotonic in Israel, and experience it in the most personal and proffesional way at my studio.
