Content:

Learning the 60 min Trainingformat and learning parts of the 90 min Trainingformat.Introduction of the GYROKINESIS movment principles. Developing an understanding of the movment and gaining personal expierences.

Prerequisites:

It would be preferred for the student to have taken GYROKINESIS classes prior to the Pretraining.

Course material:

– every student receives a GYROKINESIS Pretraining Exercise List
