Content:

Deepening the understanding of the 60min Format. Learning the complete 90min Format. In addition to the Gyrokinesis moving Principles, learned in the Pretraining, new Principles are introduced. Learning, how to support the movments with hands, as well as learning of how to give verbal cues.

Prerequisites:

Successful completion of the GYROKINESIS Pretraining L1

Course material:

– each participant receives a manuel 60min/90min

– and a 60min Format recording + 90min Format recording
