This update is designed to refresh and reinspire your Gyrotonic teaching and practice.  We will explore Level 1 material including hands-on, rythm, updates from Juliu.

Course fee: $525 + $200 studio fee (Early bird special: no studio fee when registering for the course 30 days in advance)
