This course is open to any GYROTONIC Level 1 instructor and counts as an update for continuing education.

Gyrotonic Methodology provides unprecedented training and post-rehabilitation opportunities for elite athletes. This course is designed for certified Gyrotonic Instructors to develop their teaching skills when working with athletes.The goal is to help instructors connect the dots between Gyrotonic material and the needs of an athlete. The material is also applicable to advanced clients. Elements of Gyrokinesis, Gyrotonic Level I, and Level II are integrated with fresh exciting choreography to challenge athletes and advanced clients. The course is designed to help instructors confidently work with athletes and market their work to sports enthusiasts of all kinds. GYROTONIC® training improves performance and reduces injury for virtually any sport.
