This course is the first in a 3 part series of Paul Horvath's life's work.

The GYROTONIC® Applications for the Shoulder Girdle Course was originally designed by Paul Horvath, brother to GYROTONIC® Creator Juliu Horvath. The GYROTONIC®  Applications for the Shoulder Girdle Course includes pathology of the cervical spine and arms, as well as the shoulder. This course will cover two important sections: Theory and Practice. Theoretical section, we will cover: - Basic terms - Movement as a Healing System - GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® - Basic Anatomy - Pathology - different diseases of cervical spine, shoulder and arm axis. Practical section will include : the philosophy, strategy and specific GYROTONIC® programs developed to help individuals overcome this pathology. This course teaches trainers how to apply the Pulley Tower Unit for Pelvic Girdle.  Are you aware that a large proportion of people have an issue with the pelvic girdle belt, making the pelvic girdle a common area where clients face issues. Knowing how to approach the pelvic girdle and for people in pain, this course gives you proper tools, knowledge and an understanding on how to help support and guide clients into wellness for those with pelvic girdle concerns The course is credited as GYROTONIC® Level 1 Update! CEC Teacher Training Course.
