Gyrotonic Level 1 Update Course with MT Jessica Gowen at Activcore Druid Hills in Atlanta, GA.

This three-day course for licensed Gyrotonic trainers will review key concepts and exercises in the Level 1 curriculum. Trainers will have an opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification for choreography, client issues and underlying theory in the system.
