Every 2 years, participation in a Update Course is mandatory for the renewal/extension of your trainer licence. The purpose of this course is to learn about any changes or updates to the GYROKINESIS® L1 exercise curriculum as well as to refine and improve teaching skills already acquired, clarify any questions that arise and provide personal feedback.

Course language: German & or English

Course fee: 525,- € + 80,- € Studio fee

1st Weekend: 10.04-12.04.26 and

2nd Weekend 17.04-19.04.26
