GYROKINESIS® Foundation Course
Dates: January 8-19th, 2026 (January 8th is an afternoon required meeting, January 12 & 16 are scheduled days off)

Location: GYROTONIC® Movement Center, Seattle, Seattle, WA
Fee: $1200 includes studio fee ($1100 if registration and deposit are received 2 months prior to course date. Note all prices are listed with cash/check discount. Credit cards are accepted for an additional amount.)
Total Hours: 50

Pre-requisite: Successful completion of GYROKINESIS® Pre-training, documented, and signed by an Authorized Pre-trainer & GYROTONIC® Headquarters. Note: Retaking a Foundation Course may be applied as your Apprentice Review Course
