The Cardiovascular Breathing Course, Program 1, is an important layer of information in the Gyrotonic Expansion System. You can read about it HERE.

It counts as license renewal for BOTH Gyrokinesis AND (with a special license purchase for a nominal fee) for Gyrotonic Instructors who are not certified to teach Gyrokinesis. You will learn important exercises to use with your Gyrotonic clients, as well as to spice up your Gyrokinesis classes.

Courses will occur at a beautiful hotel/spa in the Istanbul area.
