GYROTONIC®️ Level 1 Pre-Training Course

Preliminary Requirements:

It is recommended that students attend at least ten or more hours of classes with a licensed Gyrotonic instructor before enrolling in this course.

Course Objective:

The purpose of this course is to provide a fundamental understanding of Level 1 Gyrotonic exercises and to physically prepare students for the next course, Foundation Level 1 Gyrotonic. Throughout this course, students focus on gaining experience and developing a personal understanding of the exercises from the Pre-Training Course exercise list.

Successful Completion of the Course:

Upon successful completion of the Gyrotonic Level 1 Pre-Training Course, students can proceed to Foundation Level 1 Gyrotonic, which must be attended within a period of at least one week and at most three months after the pre-training course.
