Are you aware that a large proportion of people have an issue with the Shoulder girdle belt, making the Shoulder girdle a common area where clients face issues.

Knowing how to approach the Shoulder girdle and for people in pain, this course gives you proper tools, knowledge and an understanding on how to help support and guide clients into wellness for those with Shoulder girdle concerns.

The GYROTONIC® Applications for the Shoulder Girdle Course was designed by Paul Horvath, brother to GYROTONIC® Creator Juliu Horvath. The GYROTONIC®  Applications for the Shoulder Girdle Course is one of three courses created by Paul Horvath (physiotherapist & gyrotonic Master trainer at Rheintalklinik, Germany)

To be taken in this order: 1. Pelvic Girdle 2. Shoulder Girdle 3.Scoliosis

In this course we will cover

  • two important sections: Theoretical Aspect and Practical Aspect

    Theoretical section, we will cover:

  • Basic terms - philosophy of using Movement as a Healing System - GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® - following alongside the big concepts that were introduced and learned in the Pelvic Girdle Course.

  • Basic Anatomy of the shoulder gurdle and Pathology - different diseases of cervical spine, shoulder and arm axis.

  • Paul's healing movement strategy specific to the shoulder girdle

    Practical section will include :

  • GYROTONIC® programs developed to help individuals overcome their pathology.

  • you will learn how to apply the Pulley Tower Unit for Shoulder Girdle specific performance for its most highest movement potential

The course is credited as GYROTONIC® Level 1 Update! CEC Teacher Training Course. 

This is the second course of Paul Horvath's three courses. Prerequisite course is to have completed the Gyrotonic Applications for the Pelvic Girdle Course prior to enrolling in this course. The courses are a layering of learning and understanding, application of knowledge, information and vocabulary. Once the first two course have been completed one can then register for Gyrotonic Applications for Scoliosis Course.
