GYROKINESIS® SMT Alicia Head will teach the GYROKINESIS® Lotus Blossom, program 1 course July 19-21 at Urban Body San Jose, 1345 The Alameda, San José, CA 95126. This course satisfies continuing education/update requirements for certified GYROKINESIS® instructors. Daily Schedule: 12-6:30pm (two classes with a break). This program progresses GYROKINESIS® material with a floor sequence as well as a special standing series exploring nerve strengthening and breathing. It is accompanied by music composed specifically for the format.
