Join certified GYROTONIC® Pre-Trainer Muffie Delgado Connelly in your first step toward becoming a GYROTONIC® teacher, or take the course to deepen your practice and increase awareness of how your body moves. This course is designed to give you an understanding of the Level 1 exercises and prepare you physically to proceed to the GYROTONIC® Level 1 Foundation Course.

Prerequisites: A basic understanding of the GYROTONIC®, Level 1, Progression 1 exercises. Students typically take ten or more classes with a Certified GYROTONIC® Trainer to acquire enough experience to begin this course.

Dates: June 13-15 & 20-22, 2025

Total Cost: $1350
Course Fee: $1050, due to Muffie on first day of course via cash or check
Studio Fee/Deposit*: $300, due to Kinespirit Circle upon registration
