About

Originally from Arizona, I danced as a lead dancer with the Stuttgart Ballet, Dutch National Ballet, Alonzo King LINES Ballet, and SFDanceworks in San Francisco. With a twenty-year career as a performer, I found my way into the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® in dealing with many of my own dance-related injuries. I was fortunate to have trained with esteemed teachers such as Kathy Van Patten, Debra Rose, and Tamara Yoneda, while living in San Francisco, where I worked as a trainer for five years. I aim to use my mastery of movement to facilitate people on their journeys toward increased physical command and awareness, symmetry and embodied joy. Ultimately, I aspire to bring mobility and freedom into people’s lives.
