Prepare to become a GYROTONIC® Instructor or participate in the course to deepen your understanding of this amazing system! Open to aspiring teachers or dedicated students. This 30-hour course is a prerequisite for the Level 1 GYROTONIC® Foundation Course.

Taught over two weekends: October 15, 16, 17th & 22, 23, 24th

6 days, 5 hours per day, totaling 30 hours.

Course fee: $850

Studio fee: $200
