Maria Novella Tattanelli

About

Maria Novella is GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® trainer, working in Livorno, Italy.
She first encountered GYROTONIC® in 2003 in Livorno through Lavinia Castellone, she then continued this discipline during her dancing career to further increase her body and movement awareness. She later uses this method successfully as a rehabilitative measure following a hernia in her cervical spine. This episode encourages her to undertake the training program by completing the pre-training course with Lavinia Castellone at GYROTONIC® Livorno and the Foundation Course with Master Trainers Pietro Gagliardi and Elisabetta Carnevale as supervisors, at the White Cloud studio in Rome.

She officially qualifies as a GYROTONIC® trainer in 2019 under the supervision of master trainer Gina Muensterkoetter at the European base GYROTONIC® Münstertal.

In 2022, she specializes in GYROTONIC® application pre post natal with master trainer Gina Paolillo at White Cloud studio in Rome.

In 2021, she starts the GYROKINESIS® teacher training course, completing the pre-training course, the foundation course and the supervisions with master trainer Alessandro Pucci at GYROTONIC® Livorno studio.

She officially qualifies as a GYROKINESIS® trainer in June 2022 under the supervision of master trainer Silvia Frosali, GYROTONIC® Firenze.
