Armoma

Armoma is a studio entirely dedicated to the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® movement system.

Armoma was born from the collaboration of two trainers, Maria Novella Tattanelli and Monica Cerbo and is located in the center of the elegant and renowned Castiglioncello.

We could not ask for better than the sun and the taste of the sea to accompany us on this journey and take care of our clients.
