Chicago Northshore Kinetics is a beautiful 4,500 square foot mind-body movement center specializing in private sessions in GYROTONIC® exercises and Pilates as well as offering a variety of group classes such as yoga, GYROKINESIS®, and meditation.  

We are the most fully equipped GYROTONIC® studio in the Chicagoland area, providing exceptional instruction and hosting teacher trainings year-round.

For your convenience, we offer two restrooms, dressing rooms, towel service, seating areas, and purified water. We are located in the heart of downtown Evanston; metered street parking is ample and public garage parking is within walking distance.
