Upward Spiral Studio is a GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS teacher training facility located in Central Square, Cambridge, MA.

Upward Spiral seeks to be a vital member of the Cambridge community and beyond, by providing each client with an education about his/her specific physical needs, as well as a safe and individualized course of exercise/rehabilitation. Most of our instructors have 10-20 years’ teaching experience and have a keen interest in anatomical function; getting you moving in a “smarter” way and helping you to realize your physical aspirations.
