GYROTONIC® Room

Gyrotonic Room in TLV is one of the leading studios in Israel and one of the 2 national educational centers of Israel. It is owned by Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis Master Trainer Avigail Cohen. The beautiful studio resides at the 9th floor of one of the most unique office buildings of TLV and is surrounded by a panoramic full view of the mediteranian sea. The weekly schedule of the studio offers many Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis private & group classes. Along the year the studio is proud to host the best Master Trainers and courses from all over the world and has been given the unique privelige of hosting level 1 final certification courses .Supportive training and education is given to trainers through workshops and special trainer classes in order to deepen the understanding of the system and of other valuable disciplines.
