Thank you for your interest in this course. You must have successfully completed a Gyrotonic Level 1 Pre Training course within 3 months prior to this course to attend. If it has been longer than 3 months you must apply for an extension in writing. Email extensions@gyrotonic.com for more information.

The first and last days we will meet 5 hours each day

The other 10 days of the course we will meet 6 hours each day
